BT 04 - Quatro

Four participants engage in a 45
minute EPT coached intensive
training session

Quattro is a 45 minute personal training session with three of your best fitness friends. Quattro Fills the gap between Group Fitness Classes and One to One Personal Training. QUATTRO  provides a range of sessions offering the intensity of personal training within a group dynamic. Your group will challenge each other to reach your goals. QUATTRO offers a number of specialized training sessions that maximize results.

BT 08 - Group Cross Training

Up to eight participants engage in a
45 minute EPT led high intensity
interval training session

Group Cross Training is a 45 minute group class using high-intensity interval training (HIIT), paired with one-on-one style coaching; up to eight participants.
