GROUP TRAINING

GET FIT
Build lean muscle and burn fat in our high intensity group fitness classes. Dedicated training zones have benches, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, as well as specified cardio zones utilizing treadmills, rowers and bikes. Workouts can be modified in intensity and weight for all fitness levels.

Small Class Size
Maximum of 15 participants per class. One to two trainers utilized for all classes.

Dedicated Space
Each training zone will have dedicated equipment and cleaning supplies.

Pricing
Classes are included in Fitness Memberships with stated stipulations. Pricing is also available in single class and multi-class packs.
