Bezz offers a weekly schedule of classes for every level. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
Build lean muscle and burn fat in our high intensity group fitness classes. Dedicated training zones have benches, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, as well as specified cardio zones utilizing treadmills, rowers and bikes. Workouts can be modified in intensity and weight for all fitness levels.
Small Class Size
Maximum of xx participants per class. One to two trainers utilized for all classes.
Each training zone will have dedicated equipment and cleaning supplies.
Classes are included in Fitness Memberships with stated stipulations. Pricing is also available in single class and multi-class packs.
